TronicsGo ships from our overseas fulfillment partners directly to your door. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you place an order to the day it lands on your doorstep.
Free shipping over $25
Orders $25+ ship free worldwide. Smaller orders have a flat-rate shipping fee shown at checkout.
Processing: 1–3 business days
We pick, pack, and dispatch most orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery: 7–15 business days
Standard delivery worldwide is 7–15 business days from dispatch. Remote regions and customs may extend this by 3–5 days.
Tracking on every order
You'll get a tracking number by email at dispatch. Updates may take 3–7 days to appear while the parcel clears the origin hub.
Buyer protection
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us — we'll resend or refund, no questions asked.

Not happy? Return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide to most countries, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, EU member states, Australia, and New Zealand. If checkout doesn't accept your address, email us — we may still be able to fulfill manually.
Shipping rates
- • Orders $25 and over: free standard shipping.
- • Orders under $25: flat-rate fee shown at checkout based on destination.
- • Express options are not currently offered.
Customs, duties & taxes
Most orders ship duty-paid, but a small number of destinations may charge import duties or VAT collected by the carrier on delivery. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are set by your country's customs authority — not by TronicsGo.
Lost, delayed, or damaged orders
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ days, or your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of dispatch, email us at the address below. If an item arrives damaged or defective, send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.
Returns & refunds
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
